Because our Barimix contain both water-soluble and fat-soluble vitamins, it's generally recommended to consume them with a meal. This can improve the absorption of certain nutrients while reducing the risk of gastrointestinal discomfort, which can otherwise occur when taking a multivitamin on an empty stomach. It's not recommended to take them with dietary supplements and calcium-rich foods.
