EXPLIVAR® stick is a food supplement to be dissolved in water based on Polypodium leucotomos (EXPLY 37®) variety Phlebodium decumanum. Directions for use: During periods of intense training and/or competition, take 1 sachet before breakfast and dinner for the duration of the 4, 6 or 8 weeks.\ \ For 1-day competitions, one or two days before and one or two days after, take 1 sachet at the start of breakfast and 1 at the start of dinner.\ \ On the day of the competition, take 1 sachet before breakfast, 1 during the event or immediately after, and 1 before dinner.\ \ For maintenance, take 1 sachet at the start of breakfast or at the start of dinner.
